Let It Snow.

Because after the chilly, crisp, cool cold comes the warmth,
and an icy winter becomes a jubilant spring,
And all things bad become good.

When white, wintery crystals fall,
Many will rejoice while many will not.

But after the flakes of piercing ice come the warm embers of sun,
And after a storm of pain there’s a calming comfort.

So, Let It Snow.

  1. Elina this poem was amazing. It got into my feelings and made me think more about this topic. I thought the message of the poem to have good days you have to go through bad days also. The line that made me think that was After a storm of pain there's a calming comfort

  2. Elina, I enjoyed reading your poem. I found the organization of your poem to help me better understand the meanings of what you wrote. like how the c.i was above the message. This helped me better decipher it.

  3. Elina, i liked the way you structured your poem. "let it snow" and then the ending you wrote " so, let it snow" it tied the central idea throughout the poem and kept the mood the same.

  4. Elina, this poem made me think about letting things take time and just have patience. I think the message of this poem is if you are patient bad things can turn to good things. A line that helps support this is "all things bad become good."

  6. Elina, I really liked your poem. The lines you used to establish the mood for your poem was "Because after the chilly, crisp, cool cold comes the warmth," From this line I can infer that the mood you set for your poem was for very relaxing and calming. You wanted your readers to feel the coldness of winter.
